Born in South Carolina, Edd lived as an Air Force brat until 1963 when his dad retired in Southern California. Finding a place to live led Edd to 5 high school's in his Junior and Senior years. College consisted of Junior College and the University of California, both in Santa Barbara. His bachelor's degree in Mathematics was a strange background for his dramatic "CALLING" by God to attend seminary in 1970. Continuing his education at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, he graduated in 1974 with a Master's degree and has served as a Presbyterian Pastor in churches in St. Cloud, Minn., Woodlake, Ca., Santa Cruz, Ca., and currently in San Martin, Ca.

From 1997 to 2002 he took a break from pastoring full time and worked in the Financial Planning and Investement business, working with people to develop sound financial plans for their future.
